Walk-In Services

  • Walk-In Help for Online Services: Assistance with PATCHS, Patient Access, and NHS App registration, every Wednesday, 1:00 PM - 2:00 PM.
  • Special Winter Hours: Saturdays & Sundays, 12:00 PM - 2:00 PM, for urgent cases (Jan 11 - Apr 21, 2025).
  • Blood Pressure Clinic: Walk-in service for blood pressure measurements.

Emergency & Urgent Care

  • Life-Threatening Conditions: Call 999 or visit A&E for severe chest pain, difficulty breathing, strokes, or major injuries.
  • NHS 111: Available 24/7 for non-life-threatening conditions, symptom assessment, appointment booking, and advice.

Digital Access to Healthcare

We are proud to offer secure, convenient access to healthcare through our PATCHS platform and Patient Access portal. These tools allow you to:

  • Order repeat prescriptions
  • Book appointments
  • View test results
  • Access medical records
  • Track prescription progress

Getting Started: Visit reception with a photo ID to register for these services.

Key Services

  • Long-Term Condition Management: Regular reviews and coordination with specialists to manage your health.
  • Mental Health Support: Initial assessments and ongoing support, with referrals to specialists if needed.
  • Pharmacy First Service: Qualified pharmacists can assess and treat minor conditions like impetigo, sore throats, and UTIs.
  • Self-Referral: Access physiotherapy, mental health support (IAPT), and addiction services directly without seeing a GP.

Convenient Appointment Management

  • Check & Cancel Appointments: Call 0208 204 2255, option 1, to check or cancel appointments.
  • Same Day Access: Home visits for urgent cases and sick children, plus same-day appointments for eligible patients.
